Everything people usually ask before planning an event with us. Cannot find your answer?
We manage weddings and pre-wedding functions, destination weddings, corporate events, conferences and exhibitions, product launches, award nights, concerts and cultural events, birthdays and private parties, and college fests, along with standalone decor, stage, sound and lighting.
Do you plan events outside Varanasi?
Varanasi is our home base, and we also plan events across eastern Uttar Pradesh, including Sarnath, Ramnagar, Mirzapur, Bhadohi, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Azamgarh and Prayagraj. For events elsewhere, get in touch and we will discuss what is possible.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large events, 6–12 months ahead is ideal, especially for the winter wedding season and festival periods such as Dev Deepawali. Corporate and smaller events can often be planned in 4–8 weeks.
Can you work within our budget?
Yes. Tell us your budget at the start and we will design the plan around it, with an itemised quote so you can see where every rupee goes.
Do you handle permissions and vendors?
Yes. We coordinate venues, vendors and the permissions typically required for your event, including for sound and for outdoor or public-space set-ups, so you do not have to chase them yourself.
